Weekend Happenings

We had a pretty great weekend at our house. Other than the super loud thunderstorm waking up the ENTIRE house during the wee hours of Saturday morning and my husband and I attempting to go to Target smack dab in the middle of the crazy storm and sideways rain (I was so freaked out we turned around), our weekend was the perfect combo of productive and lazy. We did some nursery shopping. We went out to eat at a slow food restaurant Saturday night for the first time in forever. We prepared another freezer meal. And we took naps! Such a blessing!

Just about the only thing that almost left me "unglued" over the weekend was this sweet baby.
Ohhh I am about ready to have a sleep study performed on my precious second born. He is exhausting me when it comes to his crazy sleeping habits lately. I know it's only a phase (or at least I'm hoping that's all it is) and I know it could be worse... we are thankfully getting to sleep almost all night, but oh my gracious am I tired... sleepy tired and frustrated tired.

For some reason bedtime has become a major nightly challenge. No idea why, but it has. We've tried all sorts of different strategies with very little success. We did have 2 good nights in a row last week and we had a good night last night, but other than that, every single night has been CRAZY, plus frustrating and patience-testing.

Our routine leading up to bedtime is very calm, quiet, and relaxing... Terrell reads to Garrison in the living room while I read to Austin in the big boy room. This takes several minutes and is usually very peaceful and "sleep-inviting". Then Garrison comes to bed and we say prayers together and maybe sing a song and have a little talking time... all while I'm in the room with them. Normal, calming, bedtime things... except they must not be very calming because this is when things totally fall apart. Austin just goes WILD. He rolls all over the bed. He kicks his feet in excitement. He jumps around. He's all over me. He's all over the bed. He's just magically wound up and not a single bit tired or sleepy.

So bedtime takes awhile most nights. So there's that.

Then, there's the issue of sleeping all night. Since he got sick with his ear infections, my sweet almost middle has not been sleeping through the night consistently. Sometimes he wakes up crying for a minute but then he stops without us ever having to get up. Most of the time however he wakes up crying and calling for us and is just pitiful until one of us goes in to rub his back and help him settle down again. Usually I send Terrell in for these times. 1. Because Terrell falls back asleep the second his head hits the pillow while I'm pretty much awake after getting up, and 2. Terrell can typically get in and out with no issues while Austin doesn't want me to leave if I go in. So it isn't too bad during the night, just enough to be frustrating after the bedtime battle that occurs almost nightly.

While we are super thankful these are the only issues we have, it does make me concerned for him spending the night away from home this weekend, spending the night without mama and daddy while we're at the hospital, and his sleep habits after we get Layton home. Especially since we had a major meltdown occur during the middle of the night on Saturday/Sunday in which he was totally inconsolable without me. He wanted mama and only mama. I feel like all kids have their mama is the only person who can make me better moments, but this was taken to a whole a new level. I seriously hope we didn't wake the neighbors.

The crazy thing about all of these bedtime/sleep issues we're having is that naptime is almost totally perfect. Naptime goes smoothly and without issue almost every single day. Naptime is easy and predictable. At least that's going great I guess! And we're especially thankful for a really smooth bedtime last night! And that this is just a phase!

It's really just more frustrating than anything, and I think the timing has a lot to do with it too. I'm already tired and uncomfortable so wrestling with my 2 year old at bedtime or waking up with him during the night just isn't a lot of fun. I'm not trying to vent or complain because I know how blessed I am, I just wanted to record it for documentation/this is part of life right now purposes. I know we'll (or he'll) figure it out sooner or later. That's the great thing about the second born.. you've been through most of it with your firstborn and you know it gets better and easier eventually.

Despite my almost "unglued" moments (I'm reading that book right now by the way and it is wonderful), we had a great weekend!

*We didn't do these over the weekend but I still wanted to share...

I found these adorable printables over at Every Day Cheer and just had to do them with the boys. Garrison needed a little prompting or suggestions for a few and I did Austin's myself based on his favorites and highlights. I'm going to put them with their school stuff I'm saving for now. If I can do one every year I might make them into a little a book or something. For now though they're just going to be put away with other fun things they've made that I'm saving. I thought they were precious and I know they'll be even more special to me years from now. =)

That's all for now. Happy Monday!

1st Day Back & Decision Time

Our "work week" started back for me and the boys yesterday and everything was going pretty good... until we had our teacher meeting before school and I found out that preschool registration and enrollment for next year opens up for current families in 2.5 short weeks. Eeesh! That means DECISION TIME for us as a family. A decision we weren't quite ready to make. A decision that's been hanging over us but that we've put off finalizing because it's such a tough and stressful one to make. A decision about me working or staying home. A decision about Austin going to preschool or being home with me full time. A decision about school for every family member... except Terrell since school isn't an option for him. Boo. I'm not ready for this!

After that somewhat stressful start, the rest of the school day went well. So that's good! We all had a great day and other than mama getting a workout after school trying to get the boys changed out of school clothes and into comfy clothes, taken to the potty, ready for naptime (Austin), ready for quiet time (Garrison), bags and lunch boxes unpacked, and folders sorted through- it was a great first day back. Yay!

The evening was pretty typical and all in all, supper, bath time, and bedtime went really smoothly. We were especially thankful to have daddy back home with us! He helps me clean up the kitchen and then he gives the boys a bath every night. I am so thankful for him! AND, we've had 2 consecutive nights of bedtime going much better. Praise the Lord! Austin is still staying up a little later than I'd like him to but he's quiet, flipping through his books, and staying on his pillow. As long as he isn't climbing the ladder to see Garrison or getting on and off the bed or just being wild and crazy and keeping Garrison awake, I think I'm okay with it.

We talked to both our moms yesterday and think we've finalized birthday party gifts for our biggest boy... and the party planning is coming right along. Yay again!

So yesterday was going pretty great... good day back at school, no major issues with the kiddos, a really smooth bedtime, etc. I even caught up on a show and ate some ice cream. A successful day indeed... until right before going to bed the thought occurred to me that Austin and I will have most of the day to ourselves tomorrow (meaning today) because Garrison has school but the 2 of us don't. Which means I started wondering what we'd do and how we'd spend our morning and just trying to make some plans.

And then it hit me.. the DECISION.

So then, at the late hour of past my bedtime, Terrell and I talked all about our options for next year... except we think totally different. He thinks in numbers and from a financial perspective and I think not in numbers and from a day-to-day, family life perspective. He thinks in terms of what's best financially and I think in terms of what's best for each family member. And while we were doing all that separate thinking I totally got stressed out and anxious and just about lost it because I don't know what to do or what's best because no matter what we decide it feels as though that decision won't be best for someone.

If I stay home, we're losing my income. Which means a bit of a financial strain and my little big boy not being able to attend preschool. If we're already losing my income then adding preschool tuition just wouldn't be an option. Which means Austin would be home with me and Layton full time... without his big brother and best playmate since Garrison will be starting Kindergarten.

If I work, we have to come up with childcare for Layton temporarily, which we've decided is not best financially (not even close to being worth it) OR my director would have to agree to a long-term sub for me until Octoberish when Layton would be old enough to start in the 1 year old class. Still, he'd be waaay younger than everyone and I'm not sure it'd be best for him. But, Austin could still attend preschool (because my kids go for free as long as I'm working there) and have something just for him... and we'd have a bit of a financial cushion.

If Garrison goes to one of our big school options (which aren't guaranteed as of yet) then he'll be gone big school hours every single day, leaving Austin home with Layton and I and no "outlet" of his own (assuming I stay home). No preschool and no big brother to play with and give him some time away from mama and Layton... which totally makes me feel guilty. And it will mean much less time for Garrison at home than he's used to. *If I'm working then it'll be a whole lot on mama... getting Garrison to big school everyday, plus working, plus having Austin and Layton at work with me, plus picking Garrison up from school, and by the time we get home it'll feel like I've just worked an all day job instead of my part-time preschool job. Sigh.

If Garrison does our "homeschool" option (through Georgia Cyber Academy) then all 3 boys are home with me around the clock... and while I feel open to that option and definitely believe that it has it's "pros", is it best? Is it best for Garrison to start Kindergarten at home? Is it best for Austin to have both brothers here all the time and never given the chance for a little independence? Is it best for no break from each other... ever?

So. All this was discussed late last night. And all this caused me anxiety. I tried really hard not to freak out and panic and thankfully I never did those things, but I did get worked up. I did feel guilty about our "situation" and options, or lack thereof. I went to bed exhausted and sad. It's so hard making grown-up decisions about money and school and your most precious gifts... your children.

The thing is, none of these decisions are terrible. None of them will cause our children any permanent negative consequences. (Which I am so, so grateful for) But they will effect them in one way or another, positively or not so positively. Not only will they effect our day-to-day life for the next school year, but they will effect our bank account. So we really want to get it right. But what is right?! What is BEST?! Ahhhhhhhhh.

I went to bed praying and I woke up praying... and with a new perspective. I'm so thankful "sleeping on it" works that way (most of the time) and that His mercies are new every morning (all of the time.)

I'm not feeling quite as torn and stressed and overwhelmed today. The decisions we have to make are still lingering, but I do have a new perspective... God already has this figured out and His plan is best. No need to freak out or obsess over it. We're going to cover these decision-making dilemmas in prayer as we continue to weigh pros and cons and seek His wisdom and what's best for our famiy.

***Any additional prayers are very much welcome and appreciated.

I'm claiming these verses as we make some final decisions in the coming weeks and months:

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving,
present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard
your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

34 Weeks!

Brrrrr. We are home for one last day of Christmas break and soo thankful we don't have to leave the house until late this afternoon. Mama is flying solo tonight since daddy has an out of town meeting... so we'll have to venture out into the cold for take-out... but that's it. Two days in a row of being stuck inside have been nice for the most part. I'm just thankful we're warm and that we've had a good balance of busy and lazy here at home.

I'm 34 weeks today so here's an update on baby Layton... we're on the home stretch now!

Pregnancy Highlights

How Far Along: 34 weeks... we're almost there! Wow. I've known since June this little bundle of joy would be joining our family in February and now it's almost here!

Size of Baby: 19-22 inches and weighs over 4 pounds... the size of a pineapple

Total Weight Gained/Lost: 26 and counting. Yikes. Mama is growing.

Maternity Clothes: Almost 100%.

Gender: A baby brother for the big boys

Movement: He is still moving lots. He's also bigger, stronger, and running out of room. I can feel him pushing on me now just like I did with Austin... not always the most comfortable thing but thankful to know he's there and okay.

Food Cravings: Ice cream, chocolate candy, cookies. Sweets are just calling my name all the time. No wonder I'm gaining fast.

What I Miss: Good sleep, getting around easily, being able to put on my shoes without any issues, not running out of breath so easy, etc.

Sleep: Sleep hasn't been going so great. I had a couple of really rough nights where I just could not get comfortable and fall asleep and stay asleep. Since those nights things have improved some, I just wake up multiple times changing positions or because my back hurts or because I'm hot. Thankfully I've been able to go back to sleep somewhat easily.

Symptons: I have to go (potty that is) all. the. time. He's got to be directly on my bladder now. I get uncomfortable easily. I've had a few Braxton Hicks. I'm worn out constantly...just noticed fatigue and exhaustion in the past week or 2. I definitely don't remember being this tired at the end of my pregnancies with Garrison and Austin. And, I've had the sharp pains on my inner right thigh just like I had with Austin. Ouch!

Best Moment This Week: Extra time at home with my big boys before we go back to school and things get crazy, and getting the nursery semi set-up. It's precious. =)

What I'm Looking Forward To: More family time and baby prep!

And these 2 sleepy heads requested a picture this morning too.

January...

January is usually a quiet month for us. We typically don't have a whole lot going on and our weekends are mostly free and open. We usually plan an all day date sometime during the month and do lots of party planning for our biggest boy, but that's about it. It's even been kind of boring in the past. This Jaunary however is proving to be a little challenging and crazy... which I expected... but it's still a little wild to actually deal with and live through day to day even though I thought I was ready.

Somehow, in the midst of an already crazy time, I ended up at the doctor's office late Friday afternoon with both of the boys. As in, they both had an appointment. We came away with a positive strep test for Garrison (he's literally never had a negative test) and some kind of ear infection/issues with Austin. Over $100 later we think we're on the mend.

The other good news is that Austin slept through the night last night for the first time in several days. Yay! The bad news is that mama didn't. Guess I've just reached that point in the pregnancy where sleeping good is a thing of the past. Boo!

The other bad news is that we're struggling with bedtime big time. We aren't quite sure when or how it started but our babies are having a very difficult time settling down and going to sleep at night. They've been pushing a 9:00 bedtime almost every night for a week or so... even though we get them in the bed before 8:00. They get in trouble every. single. night. And mama and daddy are at a loss and trying everything we know to correct the situation with very little success. Talk about frustrating!

Anyway, we're 5 days into January and things are already super busy and just a teensy bit overwhelming. Nothing that has me stressed out (yet), just lots to do and a short amount of time in which to do it all.

For one thing we're planning a 5th birthday party. (I can't believe my oldest baby is turning 5!) It took my firstborn FOREVER to make a final decision about what kind of party he wanted, but once he finally made a decision we've determined there's no going back. And we've scheduled the party for almost 2 weeks before his birthday just in case baby brother decides to make his debut early. In other words, we're in a rush. There's party supplies to purchase, invitations to send and give out, a cake to pick out and order, a gift to purchase, etc, etc. And it all feels so last minute because we're having his party later this month. In an already crazy January! Help! Just kidding. Hopefully it will all come together just fine and Garrison's 5th birthday party will be special, fun, and memorable.

Then there's our littlest love who is scheduled to arrive sometime mid-February. And there is MUCH to be done before he gets here. With Austin coming 2 weeks early we've vowed to be more prepared this time around. We've made our to-do list and are trying our best to get things done quick-like. We'd love to have the nursery ready. We'd love to have about 10 freezer meals prepared. We'd love to have time for a "big brother" fun day for the boys. We'd love a date for just mama and daddy. Basically we'd love to have all the biggies taken care of beforehand... unlike our total scramble and unpreparedness that occurred when Austin arrived.

So between coming up with party ideas, cooking extra meals to freeze, setting up a nursery, trying to determine our must-haves for baby boy before he gets here, and taking care of the normal day-to-day things around here, mama is feeling a little crazy. Right after I just said I wanted to do things well this year. Sigh. Thankfully the hormones haven't taken over completely. I'm actually surprised at how I've been able to somewhat "go with the flow" despite the hormones and crazy-long list of things to do.

God has definitely been faithful. We've been provided for. We've been given the energy we need for this crazy month. We're together and doing it all as a team and as a family. And I am SO grateful. (And praising God the hormones haven't taken over!)

I may need to get used to Jaunary being a little crazy and challenging. Future January's are going to be a tad busy afterall. We'll have 2 parties to plan for and 2 boys to celebrate. But, just like I've determined Austin's birthday party should be planned before school starts every year, I'm thinking our February birthdays should be planned before Christmas every year. It's a goal to shoot for at least. And then January can get back to being quiet and low-key. Sounds like a plan.

A New Year

We have had a pretty great start to 2014. Yesterday was a lazy day at home cleaning up, watching football, and relaxing. Exactly what we hoped and planned for.

On New Year's Eve we went to my Nanny's for supper and a NYE family gathering with my dad's side of the family. The boys were a little wild... which made things interesting... but we all had a great time.

We have to miss out on lots of family gatherings because of living an hour away and having young kiddos who can't travel and be out late certain nights, but this one we were able to do and I'm so glad we did. The boys even got to experience sparklers (leftover from AnAn's wedding) before we left. They had so much fun!

We all slept in yesterday morning after our late night and it was glorious. I love when daddy has the day off! The biggest boys in the house enjoyed football most of the day. Espcially during naptime. Garrison was a little disappointed in UGA's loss and even shed a few tears, but he found a way to cope by playing outside yesterday afternoon with daddy and Austin. Then we enjoyed a big home cooked meal together. My first time to cook in almost 2 weeks! We had a great 1st day of 2014. =)

And now for a recap of last year...

2013 was a pretty fun and exciting year for the Selph's. The word I came up with for 2013 way back a whole year ago was "New"... and we've had a year filled with lots of things new. A new pregnancy and baby boy who will be joining our family soon, a new church, a new brother-in-law, and new experiences and outings as a family. All of our "new" have been lots of fun and full of blessings.

My favorite memories of NEW in 2013 are:

*Our fun long weekend in January when we took the boys to Snow Mountain
*Celebrating Garrison's 4th birthday with his first ever "friend party"
*Also in February I loved celebrating Valentine's Day with all my guys and starting our new project I love you because (not sure I can make that happen again this year if baby boy makes his debut before V-Day, but I'd love for it to become a tradition)
*We celebrated our 8th anniversary by taking a weekend trip to Savannah. It was our best anniversary trip yet!
*June also included a family outing to see the Braves (Austin's first ever game), my sister getting ENGAGED, and my biggest boy taking swimming lessons.
*AND, we found out we're expecting Baby #3 and finally announced our news!!
*In the Fall, Austin turned 2, we found out we're having a BOY, and Anna's showers began... then she got married!!!
And of course I have great memories of our yearly vacations and holiday traditions. It was a blessed, full year for sure.
I haven't come up with a word for 2014, but more of a theme.... transition and adjustment. =) This year will bring adjusting to a new normal as we welcome our 3rd baby to the family. We'll be out-numbered all the time. It will no doubt be an adventure. It will also include transitioning to me either staying home (fingers crossed and praying hard!) again or going back to work but this time with a baby instead of a toddler or preschooler. My biggest boy will start Kindergarten (a huge adjustment for me I'm predicting) and my middle guy will either go to preschool for the first time without mama, OR I will be doing preschool at home with him and he will be with Layton and I all day everyday.

We have some school decisions to make for both boys, some financial decisions to make, and lots of praying to do. Sometimes it's so hard to know what to do and what's best! We definitely need God's wisdom and peace going forward. But, as we transition and adjust and our family life changes and evolves, I want to do it all well. I want to go with the flow better, I want to keep a positive attitude, and I want to be a better wife and mom this year.

I'm not saying I want to put pressure on myself to be perfect or to handle everything flawlessly and with a smile on my face... because that's just not realistic. There will be moments of stress, exhaustion, and just being overwhelmed I know. But, I want to do better this year. I want to work hard to keep a good attitude. I don't want my emotions to get the best of me and control me all the time. I want to prioritize my husband better. I want to demonstrate more patience and wisdom with my boys. I want to be more supportive of my husband. I want to be more present and intentional with my boys. I just want to serve my family well this year. (Prayers are appreciated. =))

Our year of transition should be full of adventure and craziness and I am hoping to take it all in stride, with my ultimate goal being to enjoy it.

We are looking forward to 2014 and seeing God's hand at work in our lives once again. Happy New Year!!

Christmas 2013

We had a really wonderful Christmas and I finally made the time to write a (long) recap...

Monday while Terrell worked the boys and I packed up and planned for our "holiday away". We made it to Terrell's parents' house Monday evening just in time for his mom's traditional Christmas dinner of lasagna. Such a treat! Afterwards the kids had some play time, got in their pj's, and got ready for bed.
Matching cousins!

Bedtime Monday night was sort of crazy. Or a lot crazy. The boys had a VERY hard time settling down and just when we thought they might finally be asleep we discovered they'd just been quietly destroying their room. Gracious. It was very obvious that Austin was the culprit and had been doing all or most of the "destroying", although we aren't sure whether Garrison was totally innocent or not. Guess we'll never know. Anyway, we started the bedtime process all over again at the late hour of 9:30 and this time with daddy in the room. They were asleep by 10:00 I think. Thankfully we suffered no major meltdowns due to their super late bedtime. Thank you Jesus.

Christmas Eve morning Terrell's parents hosted their annual family and friend breakfast and everything was delish. The cousins posed for another picture and had a really fun morning at Nana and Pops' house.

All 5 of us. =)

Kara's fam

And the whole fam!

After our morning with the Selph's we headed over to my parents' house. Both of my boys took afternoon naps and mama and daddy got to rest too. Yay!

Christmas Eve afternoon we woke up from naps, gave the boys a bath, and got ready to go to my sister's house for dinner. It was so exciting to experience something new with her and her husband at their new home. They hosted for our family and Frankie's family and served a delicious dinner of chili, hot dogs, baked potatoes, and appetizers. (A Christmas Eve menu my parents made a tradition years ago.) They also had at least 5 different desserts. Everything was SO good and we loved sharing such a special evening with them.

And my boys got Christmas pj's from AnAn again this year. They loved them and will be rocking them all winter long.

After leaving AnAn and Frankie's house we went back to Granna and Papa's to sprinkle reindeer food and go to bed. Bedtime went surprisingly well and they made it almost all night without waking up.

Santa made his delivery late on the 24th... and A Christmas Story was playing. Such a good movie and such a fun tradition. (Although mama was exhausted. I'm thinking being pregnant just wore me out fast and hard this year. Maybe I'll have more energy next year.)

Garrison's big gift was a wheelbarrow and outside tools (a rake, shovel, hoe, etc). Austin's big gift was a new riding toy/car for outside. Their big gifts together was an easel and a lego table.

I woke the boys up at 7:00 and Christmas morning fun began! This year they were excited but mellow. They took everything in and took their time checking out each and every toy. (I have to say that days later they are enjoying all of their gifts. Success!!)

This is a pic of Santa's Village... the toy Garrison told Santa about and cut out a picture of at school that I had no idea even existed. We worked hard to make sure he'd get it but knew he might not be super impressed... and he wasn't. Bummer. He is however super excited to pull it out every year at Christmas time and thought that in itself made it a pretty special gift. We also avoided any potential Christmas morning disappointment by making sure it was there. I'd say the $15 was worth it. =)

Christmas morning was super fun and laid back and as always my parents made everything special and wonderful. Even Layton got lots of new things! I am seriously taking notes for when my boys are grown. =)

Christmas morning joy!

After a big, delicious breakfast we all rushed to clean up the mess and get ready for lunch at my Nanny's house. My Nanny (my dad's mom) has been hosting Christmas lunch at her house for as long as I can remember. The kiddos loved having another gathering/party to go to and were thrilled with a few more presents to open.

We left Nanny's in time to get back to my parents' house for a late afternoon nap. Both boys fell asleep for the 2nd day in a row... and so did mama. I'm telling you I was sleep walking come Christmas afternoon. Beyond exhausted. And we still had one more party to go!

God provided me with my second wind though and I was able to enjoy celebrating with my mom's side of the family Christmas night. This year was a first for my mom to host Christmas night but everything went great and we enjoyed another yummy spread. I only felt stressed near the end of the night but kept it in check and never had a mama meltdown.

My babies enjoyed riding outside at Granna and Papa's before it got dark. They had such a fun day and loved celebrating Jesus's birthday.

Christmas night after everyone had gone home and the boys were in bed me, Terrell, Anna, and Frankie all opened our stockings. The couples do them for each other and then my mom throws in some surprises. So fun! We also watched Christmas Vacation and laughed all night.

We had a GREAT Christmas with both of our families and are so thankful for God's tremendous blessings on us. Celebrating the greatest Gift ever given with those closest to us is the best present ever.

(Next year I must get family pictures on Christmas Day... and with Granna and Papa who do so much to make our Christmas so special!)

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

32 Weeks!

We are home from our Christmas traveling and resting and recovering from all the Christmas fun and excitement we experienced this week! I've got a Christmas recap coming soon, but wanted to get in my 32 week update since I reached that milestone on Christmas Eve. Terrell made this picture for me on Christmas Eve Eve before we made the trip to Barnesville for church and the Christmas holiday. Other than it being very rainy and really hot and muggy, it was a great day!

Pregnancy Highlights

How Far Along: 32 Weeks... I can't believe how close we are. We still have LOTS to do... but I can't get overwhelmed...that only causes a dip in productivity. Sigh.

Size of Baby: 18 inches long and about 4 pounds... the size of honeydew.

Total Weight Gained/Lost: 20 something pounds. Considering I just ate lots and lots of good food I'm thinking I'm definitely back up to 23. I go back to the doctor on Monday so I'll find out for sure then.

Maternity Clothes: Almost all the time. My poor non-maternity stretchy pants and t-shirts are really getting a work-out.

Gender: Boy! Layton Thomas Selph.

Movement: He is still really active but I can also tell he's running out of room. He moves the most during the evening and I've felt him having the hiccups a few times now. =)

Food Cravings: Sweets are still very appealing but my appetite is starting to change. Even though I'm hungry lots, I just can't eat as much as I sometimes want because I'm filling up so fast. The food I ate over Christmas was definitely a little less than normal... even though I made sure to sample every dessert I could.

What I Miss: Getting around easier. It's starting to take me longer and longer to do "normal" things and it definitely wears me out faster than ever before. Mama is on the home stretch.

Sleep: I'm still sleeping pretty good and only wake up to change positions. I definitely can't complain.

Symptons: Still having to make frequent trips to the bathroom and still experiencing some occassional morning sickness. This has definitely been my "sickest" pregnancy... but still not that bad. Three easy pregnancies in a row is a pretty awesome blessing.

Best Moment This Week: Sharing Christmas traditions with family and experiencing everything through the eyes of my babies.

What I'm Looking Forward To: Making progress on the nursery and planning my biggest boy's 5th birthday party!

Austin's update at 32 weeks
